DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery & Shipping Costs
We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are outlined below. 

* Delivery times refer to transit time only and do not include order processing or custom production time. Please see section 2 for full dispatch timelines. 

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Standard Orders
Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following business day. 

Please allow up to 1 week for dispatch during sale periods, including our Boxing Day and End of Financial Year Sale (EOFYS), and during periods with multiple public holidays. 

Custom Orders
Custom-produced styles are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Our stylist team will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to confirm your sizing, length, and any other personal preferences before production begins. 

Custom order production timelines:
• Standard custom items: 7-10 additional business day before dispatch
• Complex or multi-piece custom orders: up to 14 additional business days
• Rush custom orders (if available): 3-5 additional business days - contact us at hello@authenticthebrand.com before ordering. 

Your total delivery window for a custom order = production time + transit time. For example, a custom dress shipping to Australia would typically arrive within 9-14 business days from order confirmation.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email from our courier partner containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date. 

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL), which permits the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location on the premises if you are not home at the time of delivery.
